Careers - Where to Look?
When it comes to looking for a new job or a change in career, where is the first place you look? I would guess that most people look online at sites like:
Monster
CareerBuilder
Indeed
In my recent job search, I have found that the local newspaper is a great resource for what's available in your area. Another great way to search is by checking out a site for a particular business. For example, if you drive by a Verizon building close to your home or you always wanted to work in a dentist office. Try contacting them directly or checking their employment postings online.
Have you come up with any creative and successful resources in your job search? Please share.
